Terminator 2x08

It took me far too long to realise that they were setting that up to be a Western. I liked the mutli-POV thing, though; from the description I was expecting it to be "the same ten minutes from everyone's POV", but things get moving forward, it was good. I also particularly enjoyed the exploration of the Connors' time hiding out in Mexico, and the way the biggest threat is really getting into the historical record.

The big Western shoot out bit, though, made me think that if I was those guys, I would be using weapons with a lot more destructive power, on the grounds that they might be considerably better at destroying Robots From The Future. Was there an exploration of why the guns and such are preferable somewhere in S1? Or is it just an SFX budget thing?

And: OMG was that really Toby in bondage in the next time trailer?
