I have one of those dreamwidth thingies now, but I don't envisage using it that much unless/until LJ goes completely unusable. Same username as here.

I have one of these Inksome things now. I haven't done anything beyond friend people I've noticed are there (and it already claims I have broken something, so we shall see).
Very initial thoughts: I like the little animals. I am not so keen on trying to create me a bunch of default filters, which strikes me as a bit facebookish, or the pendulum-swung-too-far-the-other-way avoidance of using the word "friend" ... except in the URL for your friends page.
Being late in my sheeplike-ness, I find it unlikely there are too many of you who aren't already on there who want to be, but I am quite happy to send out invites and such.
